Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Customer had water entering the basement.  We installed a new Sump Pump and a Waterguard system around the perimeter of her basement.  

This return customer called us because a new crack developed over time along her poured foundation.  An Epoxy Crack Injection was applied to fix this crack permanently.  

This Chesterton, Indiana customer would get seepage around the cove joint of the basement.  By installing EmeShield along the walls, we can flash water into our perimeter floor system, DryTrak.  

We broke out the perimeter of this Chesterton basement to set our system into the floor.  This will channel the seepage that would enter the basement at the cove joint.  

Installing a perimeter of DryTrak in this Chesterton, Indiana home, will prevent seepage from spilling into the basement.  The DryTrak will guide water into a sump pump to be discharged from the home.
