This customer purchased a new home, and with that came water issues.  We added a sump and waterguard to solve these problems.  

One of the first things we look at is how we can direct rain water away from the foundation so it cannot enter the foundation.  Burying a downspout and pushing the water away from the home is an essential first step into waterproofing a foundation.   

This Valparaiso, Indiana homeowner found water on her carpet one day, and called us to schedule a free estimate.  Niles Goodman, did some investigating along their Michigan ledge foundation and found that water would enter where the wall and floor met.  He found the best solution was to flash water that would enter from the old foundation with EmeShield and channel it to a perimeter of WaterGuard.  We also sealed off their crawlspace with CleanSpace Encapsulation, and laid Drainage Matting along the floor to prep it for a new concrete floor to be poured.  What a transformation!

This customer had water entering into his finished basement.  He removed all of the walls and flooring so we could install a perimeter system that would capture that protrusion.
