Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This is a look at the process it takes to install an Underground Downspout. Nova Basement Systems went underneath this customer's sidewalk with drain tile.   

The cove joint in this Valparaiso, Indiana home would allow seepage to come in.  We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture that water. 

This crawlspace would get heavy flooding so we installed a perimeter of Drain Tile that lead to a SuperSump, to get ejected away from the home.

We completely transformed this Valparaiso, Indiana basement with CleanSpace Encapsulation along the walls, and a DryTrak perimeter solution at the cove joint.  The CleanSpace will flash water into our system along the floor, and it also brightens the walls.  

Leaky windows can easily be addressed with a Well Duct.  We dig out the window well to install a drain from the outside to the inside. A Well Duct will drain the water from the base under the window and into an interior perimeter drainage system.
