The DryTrak solution is designed to control perimeter water from the cove joint and redirect that water to a sump pit. We lay out our system and permanently epoxy DryTrak to the floor.

Over time this 140 year old crawlspace foundation began to fail.  We built a new cinderblock wall to hold back the crawlspace dirt from pouring onto the basement floor.  

EmeShield helps in creating a brighter space and it also can be a water flashing for walls, and direct any seepage into a perimeter system of WaterGuard.  

This customer had an issue with a crack in her crawlspace.  It was letting water in and was pooling in on the floor. We applied an epoxy injection to it, and the crack is dry and problem free.
