Cracks in poured foundations are common in Indiana.  It is typically caused by the curing process of concrete, or from the expanding and contracting of the soil throughout the seasons.  

This Griffith, Indiana crawlspace would take on water and had very high moisture levels.  We installed a perimeter or Drain Tile, and over that, we laid CleanSpace Encapsulation along the floors and up the walls.  

Our customer called fearing mold in her crawlspace.  She wanted us to seal her vents and install an April Aire to keep her from worrying in the future.  

This return customer, had a pipe that would allow groundwater to seep around it, at their new home.  Our Service Technician,Kyle, was able to fix the seeping with an Epoxy Pipe Patch.
