To help manage moisture and humidity, we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System over exterior walls, across the floor, and around pilasters. The CleanSpace is then buttoned along the walls, with all seams on the walls and floor overlapped, sealed with urethane, and secured with industrial tape.

CleanSpace not only serves as a vapor barrier, it also brightens a crawlspace and gives it a cleaner look!

Water can remain puddled in a crawlspace so we add Drainage Matting that can help water to flow away from the foundation.  

Bowing foundation walls can be stabilized with Fortress Carbon Fiber Straps.  They are typically applied four feet apart, and come with a life-time transferable warranty.  

This Bourbon, Indiana crawlspace would get puddles of water when heavy rains would hit.  We installed a perimeter of Drain Tile, A SuperSump Pump, an Underground Downspout discharge line, and CleanSpace Encapsulation.
