This wet and dirty crawlspace was completely transformed when we installed drain tile and a CleanSpace Encapsulation!  This made a night and day difference!

Cracks in poured foundations are common in Indiana.  It is typically caused by the curing process of concrete, or from the expanding and contracting of the soil throughout the seasons.  

This Griffith, Indiana crawlspace would take on water and had very high moisture levels.  We installed a perimeter or Drain Tile, and over that, we laid CleanSpace Encapsulation along the floors and up the walls.  

We went to this Whiting, Indiana property to find the source of their crawlspace moisture problems.  We installed 183 square feet of CleanSpace along the floor of the crawlspace, and added 41 linear feet of SilverGlo along the walls.  

Water was entering the basement, through the cove joint, along the whole perimeter of this Whiting, Indiana property.  We broke out the concrete along the foundation and installed a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture and channel that water.
