Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This Crown Point homeowner had a pipe that wasn't sealed off properly, and groundwater would seep in around it.  We applied an Epoxy Pipe Patch to seal off the water that would seep in.  

This Three Oaks, Michigan resident was getting seepage in his old basement.  Water would push through the cracking basement floor from hydrostatic water pressure.  We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard, a SuperSump, and Drainage Matting with a newly poured floor.  

We transformed this Crown Point crawlspace and also created a cleaner and healthier environment!  We applied CleanSpace along the floors and SilverGlo along the walls as an insulator.  

We installed 11 Wall Anchors with with a larger anchor plate to catch more of a bowing wall and to better help with foundation walls with wall shearing.

This customer pulled no stops when it came to waterproofing her basement.  Her attitude  was to do it once, and do it right.  She had a complete perimeter WaterGuard system installed along with a Brightwall walling/flashing solution, and an UltraSump pump.  It is quite the transformation!
