Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

We installed a thirteen foot Lateral Drain in this Wakarusa, Indiana basement. This will aid in releasing pressure from under the floor, as well as discharging the WaterGuard into the customer's existing pit.

This Rochester, Indiana homeowner had cracking along her poured foundation walls.  This occurs with the expansion and contraction of the soil.  

Sealing off this crawlspace will prevent vapors from rising and can aide in the prevention of mold growth.  There is a 25-year warranty on crawl space encapsulation systems.

We were called out to this Logansport home to look at their cove joint.  While investigating the seepage along the floor/wall joint, we also found a hairline crack along the poured wall.  We installed a WaterGuard solution and also did an Epoxy Crack Injection to seal that crack.  

This Lucerne, Indiana customer had an open existing pit that was allowing moisture and humidity to enter into her basement.  We installed an Ultra Battery Backup Solution and sealed off our pump with an air tight lid.
