We transformed this Gary, Indiana foundation with a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture water seepage, and pink foam board panels to insulate the walls.  

This customer noticed a bowing wall in his basement.  Niles came out to review his problem and decided that Wall Anchors would be the best solution to this problem.  

We installed nineteen Wall Anchors in the Gary, Indiana foundation to stabilize its bowing walls.  The holes we dig to brace them are almost undetectable after we are complete.

To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, our team dug holes on the property away from the foundation. Then, inside the home, we we drove a 3/4", galvanized steel rod through an anchor plate and secured to the inside wall. The steel rod was then  connected to an earth anchor –  reinforced with rebar and concrete – inside the holes we dug on the property.

Our customer was facing some unexpected costs, after purchasing a new home.  They were thrilled to find we offer financing.  We installed wall anchors, a Fortress Wall Stabilizer, Waterguard, lateral drainage, and underground downspouts.
