Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

To help pooling water drain away from the foundation, we installed a thirty foot Underground Downspout to this Lake Station, Indiana property.  

This Hobart, Indiana home would get completely flooded with rain water.  It appeared a leaky window was the main culprit when looking to fix the problem.  We installed a Well Duct that would channel water into a WaterGuard Perimeter system. 

This customer had a sump pump that discharged to close to his home.  He had Nova Basements help him design an Underground Downspout that would work best for his home.  

This basement would get flooding as high as the homeowner's ankles in heavy rains.  Niles designed an entire perimeter system to capture and channel that water into an existing sump pump that the homeowner wanted us to use.

We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard in this customer's basement, to capture water entering at the cove joint.
