Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer had just bought this home and knew she had foundation and crawlspace issues she would need to address.  We sent Chris Young out to give an estimate. He found the best solution for this crawlspace, and the health of the home, would be a CleanSpace Encapsulation with drainage.

Overtime, this Lakeville, Indiana pipe began to allow water in.  We did an Epoxy Pipe Patch and sealed off when the water would enter.

This South Bend, Indiana customer needed a waterproofing system to capture the water coming in at their cove joint.  We installed a perimeter of DryTrak and installed a SuperSump pump to eject the water away from the home.  

Customer noticed seepage in finished lower level of home.  We decided to run waterguard, add a sump, and install an underground downspout to solve her problems.
