Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This customer noticed water coming from behind his drywall.  After opening the wall, we were able to seal the crack that had formed with an Epoxy Crack Injection.  

This customer called us out to give an estimate on sagging floors and an overall wet crawlspace.  We did an entire CleanSpace Encapsulation and structural support with jacks and pads.  

This Merrillville, Indiana crawlspace needed seepage and moisture issues addressed.  We started our project by setting Drain Tile in the ground that lead to a SuperSump pump.  We then placed CleanSpace on the floors and up the walls to trap off vapors.  Finally, we installed an AprilAire dehumidifier to control the moisture levels in the crawlspace.  

This Merrillville, Indiana basement needed stabilization in order to prevent any further bowing of the cinderblock foundation.  We installed five Wall Anchors that provide a life-time transferable warranty.  

This Merrillville, Indiana customer noticed her baseboard began to pull away from the wall. Access to assess this problem was also a problem because the entryway to the crawlspace was tiny. The first phase of this project was to enlarge the crawlspace entryway, then we could get access to the crawlspace to survey the issues.
