Basement Waterproofing - Lateral Drain

Lateral Drains are designed to help combat additional water pressure through the floor, push away from the perimeter. We installed a Lateral Drain, by placing drainage through the center of the floor using four-inch slotted drain-tile. This Lateral Drain then pushes water into a sump pump to be discharged from the home.
