Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Customer had 1 and 1.5 inch cracks in foundation that was letting a lot of water into the basement.  We placed wall anchors in the basement to align the walls again, and we have a happy customer!!

Our team installed six Wall Anchors on the North wall of this basement as well as six Wall Anchors on the South wall, to permanently stabilize the poured concrete foundation from movement in the basement.

A large vertical crack formed over time in this Denver, Indiana poured foundation.  A two step epoxy crack injection was able to seal this crack and it then prevented water from entering through the wall.  

This Mishawaka, Indiana CleanSpace Encapsulation project was quite the transformation!  Our crew put SilverGlo along the walls of this crawlspace and lined the floor with a 20 ml vapor barrier, CleanSpace.  Not only does it transform this space entirely, the customer gets a product that we warranty for 25 years!

This Mishawaka crawlspace was experiencing musty, earthy smells.  We encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace Encapsulation, and installed an AprilAire Dehumidifier to control the humidity levels throughout the crawl.
