Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Water was finding its way into this Bremen basement through a pipe that went through the poured foundation.  We ground down around that pipe and applied an Epoxy Pipe Patch.  

Our crews take such pride in their work and Foreman, Bryan Zentmire, showed his love for his job in this work.  He completely transformed this Bremen, Indiana crawlspace with the help of Conrad, Jacob, and Branden.  

We were called to take a look at this Bremen, Indiana basement.  The customer would get seepage along a pipe that exited the house.  We did an Epoxy Pipe Patch around that pipe to seal, and to prevent water from seeping back in the home,  

Dry rot and mold plagued the beams and joists in this Macy, Indiana home.  We replaced the beam that had broken off and caused many problems on the first floor.  

This Bourbon, Indiana crawlspace would get puddles of water when heavy rains would hit.  We installed a perimeter of Drain Tile, A SuperSump Pump, an Underground Downspout discharge line, and CleanSpace Encapsulation.
