Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Wall Anchors were installed in this Niles, Michigan basement to stabilize the cinderblock foundation.  

We installed 18  Fortress Carbon Fiber Straps in this Niles, Michigan basement to stabilize their shifting foundation.  

Laterals are designed to guide additional water pressure through the floor, and away from the perimeter.  We tied the lateral to a WaterGuard perimeter drain.  We broke out the concrete floor and installed the system with flashing around the perimeter.

This old farmhouse foundation had seepage from every wall.  We installed a perimeter system of WaterGuard to capture this seepage.
