Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This wet crawlspace needed some major attention.  We installed Drain Tile to channel and guide water to a sump pump, and topped over that system with CleanSpace Encapsulation.  

This Shipshewana resident found his center beam was cracked and rotting.  He had called around for a couple estimates, and then finally chose our solution.  We changed that rotting beam to a brand new treated beam, supported with new jacks and posts. We also encapsulated the crawlspace with a CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed an AprilAire dehumidifier.   

This Winona Lake home was experiencing sagging insulation, and a damp and musty smell in their crawlspace.  They were also concerned with how cold their floors were in the winter.  Our Design Specialist decided it would be best to install a CleanSpace Encapsualtion with drainage matting.  It really transformed this messy crawlspace!

This Syracuse, Indiana crawlspace was experiencing high levels of moisture, and even standing water at times.  We placed Drain Tile in the ground to guide ground water to a  sump pump.  We then encapsulated the entire space with a 20 ml CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor, and a 10 ml along the walls.

This giant encapsulation project was finished in just six days!
