Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

We excavated the entry area and built a frame with treated 4"x6"s, added stone around the outside of the frame and inside at the base.  We then built a custom lid with rubber roofing.

This St. Joseph, Michigan crawlspace was so full of old building materials, it could not be used for extra storage.  We transformed this space by removing all of the debris in the crawlspace and we encapsulated it with CleanSpace.  It is a stunning transformation that only took one day!

We removed the existing window and frame.  From there we wanting to protect the integrity of the existing structure so we installed a 4"x6" treated beam with adjustable jack posts.  This will give support to the floor properly.  

Sealing off this crawlspace will prevent vapors from rising and can aide in the prevention of mold growth.  There is a 25-year warranty on crawl space encapsulation systems.
