Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Monterey, Indiana customer called us to look at his crawlspace, that he believed had moisture issues. We did CleanSpace Encapsulation throughout the entire crawlspace and added an AprilAire Dehumidifier to control the humidity and moisture levels.  

CleanSpace Encapsulation will trap vapors below its 20 ml liner so it cannot rot the wood in a crawlspace.  

We sealed off this Three Oaks, Michigan crawlspace with CleanSpace Encapsulation, a vapor barrier that traps humidity and moisture beneath it.  

We encapsulated this Three Oaks, Michigan crawlspace leaving the existing 2 inch foam board on sidewalls, and we taped the seams to the insulation board. 

This customer called in and had concerns about his damp and musty crawlspace.  The smells would carry into his living space, and he didn't care for that. 

We sent our Design Specialist, Chris Young, out to the home right away.  He found that the crawlspace would need a vapor barrier installed and all of the vents sealed so he could control the moisture levels in that space. 

Our crew got to work and was able to transform his space to a controlled clean environment in just two days!
