To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, we installed 4 galvanized steel "I" beams. These PowerBraces are secured to the floor or foundation footing, and then secured at the top to the existing floor joists. 

To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, we dig a hole on the property away from the foundation. Then, inside the home, we drive a 3/4", galvanized steel rod through an anchor plate which is secured to the inside wall. The steel rod then gets connected to an earth anchor –  reinforced with rebar and concrete – inside the hole on the property. 

To help pull water away from the exterior foundation, we installed an Underground Downspout.  

We installed Underground Downspouts on this commercial Michigan City, Indiana property, to pull water away from the foundation.  

After we applied Fortress Carbon Fiber Strap to these unsightly walls, we applied an EmeShield Walling Solution.  This helped clean the basement up, ad make it brighter.
