This brick foundation wall had an inward bow that we stabilized with Power Braces.  

We took care of this Trail Creek, Indiana crawlspace by installing a vapor barrier of CleanSpace.  Encapsulating the crawlspace will prevent mold and mildew from growing.  

Even the smallest of crawlspaces need protection from vapors that can destroy the strength of the beams and joists, supporting your home. We pulled the subfloors of this Dowagiac, Michigan home to expose the crawlspace to perform our work. We installed a barrier of CleanSpace to block moisture and humidity from rising into that space.

We installed a Trench Drain along a garage that would take on water in Long Beach, Indiana.  Water would enter the garage under the door, and now is captured and pushed away from the entry point.  

We started this project by grinding, cleaning, and prepping the floors to surface seal floor cracks using epoxy.  Sealing floor cracks will help to redirect any water to another area.
