This Lowell, Indiana customer had recently purchased a home that needed the dirt crawlspace sealed off.  We installed a vapor barrier of CleanSpace along the floors and walls.  

After the vents have been sealed and the Moldex sprayed, the Cleanspace Encapsulation membrane is installed on the foundation walls. We covered the existing two inch foam, as well as the crawlspace floor, in order to seal off moisture from the foundation and the soil.

To channel water away from a foundation, on the exterior, we install an underground extension.

This homeowner bought this house know it would need the crawlspace and foundation addressed right away  He was experiencing high levels of moisture and humidity, and at times standing water.
