Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

There was some slight bowing in this Michigan City, Indiana foundation. We added Fortress Carbon Fiber Straps along with Corner Fortress Straps to stabilize this basement.  

This Michigan City, Indiana resident called us with bowing wall concerns.  Chris Young was the System Design Specialist we sent out to determine what the best course of action would be for his basement.  He found that the homeowner could stabilize his walls with Fortress Carbon Fiber Wall Straps and he would be covered with a life-time transferable warranty.  

A bowing cinderblock foundation can be stabilized for the life of the home, with our Fortress Carbon Fiber Straps.  

This brick foundation wall had an inward bow that we stabilized with Power Braces.  

To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, we dig a hole on the property away from the foundation. Then, inside the home, we drive a 3/4", galvanized steel rod through an anchor plate which is secured to the inside wall. The steel rod then gets connected to an earth anchor –  reinforced with rebar and concrete – inside the hole on the property.
