Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This customer was noticing seepage in her basement.  Her neighbor, a past customer of ours, recommended that she hire us to install wall anchors.  

This Wheeler, Indiana home had a poured foundation that was compromised from the expansion and contraction of the soil.  We installed seven Wall Anchors that went sixteen feet out into the yard, and those come with a life-time transferable warranty. 

We corrected this Portage, Indiana hairline crack with an Epoxy Crack Injection.  We ground and prepped the wall, we then drilled port holes, and epoxied over the crack and around ports with expanding poly urethane. We then come back for a second trip to cut the ports and excess foam, and apply a final epoxy over crack. 

This Wheatfield homeowner's wall was bowing and water was leaking into the home. We used a series of GeoLock wall anchors to support the wall and straighten it over time. 

This after picture reflects the first round of our process.  We come back for a second trip to ensure the crack was sealed thoroughly, and cut off our injection ports.
