I thought that the crew worked well and that they were careful with my property.  We chose Nova because of the no pressure sales rep.  We also liked all of the pictures, drawings, and explanations he provided to us.  Nova also had a better warranty on their dehumidifier.  We were also recommended to Nova by a friend.
