Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This trilevel home would experience water that would go through the crawlspace, and into the living space of the basement.  Chris Young, our System Design Specialist, found it would be best to install Drain Tile and encapsulate the crawlspace.  

The ideal crawlspace would have both drainage and encapsulation.  This customer did just that.  They installed a drain tile perimeter to flush water to a sump pump, and also a vapor barrier (CleanSpace) to control moisture and humidity levels.  

The homeowner of this newly built home in Portage, Indiana called us to be proactive about the health of his crawlspace.  He wasn't facing any issues, but he was aware that encapsulation will prevent mold and wood rot, which would protect his investment.  

We cleaned out this Valparaiso, Indiana crawlspace and applied CleanSpace.  All of this work only took our two technicians one day!
