The crew that came in had their work cut out for them. My crawlspace was ugly. Bryan & his team came in professionally & respectfully & told us everything they were going to do & how they were doing it. Covered all my carpets in plastic to ensure mud was not embedded in the carpet, took all garbage from previous contractors out, & never once said a bad thing about the job. They worked together so well, you honestly would've thought they were family. I HIGHLY recommend Nova to anybody who's tired of fighting their crawlspace! Hollis was our sales rep. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He explained the system that we needed and that only one corner of our basement had a problem. Bryan and his crew installed the system and sump pump. They were very respectful of our property. They worked very hard all day. They did a great job!! Cameron came on Monday to install the backup sump pump battery. Everyone at NOVA is very friendly and professional!
