Didn't dither around. Came on time, spent considerable time in the crawl space, mapping the whole thing. Gave a careful estimate with worst case scenario pricing, so we knew it wouldn't cost more, and might cost less. No pressure tactics. Stuck to schedule and completed it on time. No padded fees. Excellent employees with great attitudes! Cleaned up nicely. Totally professional with no stuffiness. Utterly reliable from stem to stern!
