As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement.

If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. DryTrak® is also perfect for other applications when jackhammering the floor is not an option-- in basements with radiant heat, for example.

This customer in Cassopolis, Michigan found a puddle of water along her finished basement.  She called us out for a free estimate and we found that she had hairline cracks along her poured foundation walls.  We sealed those cracks with Epoxy Crack Injections, and those come with a life-time transferable warranty.  

This family was referred to us by a previous customer.  Their finished basement would take on water at the cove joint along the exterior walls.  We installed a Flangeless WaterGuard perimeter system to capture the seepage that came in.
