Gutters and downspouts are one of the first things our salesmen will look at on an estimate.  If you don't have roof water directed away from your home, it can deposit right next to your foundation, and eventually water can seep into your basement or crawlspace.  An Underground Downspout is the perfect fix for that situation! 

This South Bend property had a crack that needed fixed before it could get on the market.  We did an Epoxy Crack Injection to seal that crack off completely, which came with a life-time transferable warranty for the new owners to take over.  

EmeShield is a 90 ml wall liner designed to help reduce moisture and/or flash water from the foundation walls into a waterproofing system. We apply by over-lapping the seams, and seal them by applying tape. EmeShield is held into place using fasteners to the foundation walls.
