Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This Lucerne, Indiana customer had an open existing pit that was allowing moisture and humidity to enter into her basement.  We installed an Ultra Battery Backup Solution and sealed off our pump with an air tight lid.  

This Rochester, Indiana homeowner had several spots where settling and pressure had caused hairline cracks on his poured foundation walls.  We fixed these issues with seven Epoxy Crack Injections that come with a life-time transferable warranty.  

To reinforce the movement of the existing foundation walls, we used a multi-stage process to install carbon fiber stabilization straps.  

It is hard to see in the before picture, but if you scan to the right of the photo, you will notice discoloration along the cove joint.  We installed EmeShield to flash that seepage into a perimeter of DryTrak.  (Bricks are removed after epoxy is set)

We excavated the entry area and built a frame with treated 4"x6"s, added stone around the outside of the frame and inside at the base.  We then built a custom lid with rubber roofing.
