High levels of humidity in this Winamac, Indiana crawlspace was causing a musty, earthy smell and mold issues. In this before image you can see the condensation forming on the vents. A commercial grade dehumidifier and a complete encapsulation of the space has corrected these issues.
After spotting a crack along this Kingsford Heights, Indiana foundation, this customer called us for help. Niles Goodman found that the cinderblock foundation was buckling, and would need seven Fortress Carbon Fiber Straps to stabilize it and make it safe.
This Niles, Michigan homeowner was lead to us from a contractor working at his home, on another project. They had suggested giving us a call to look at their crawlspace under a pole barn. It had sagging insulation, and he was looking to have it encapsulated.
Niles came out quickly and gave him an estimate for a solution that would best fit his needs.
The customer was very pleased with our work and even signed up to get more work done after we completed the first stage of this crawlspace encapsulation.
Our crew made directing this New Buffalo, Michigan gutter into an Underground Downspout look like magic. There is a lot of hard work that goes into this process and our team of Jason and Sean did an excellent job for this homeowner.
This Underground Downspout was installed to carry sump pump discharge water away from the foundation.
