Nova Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This is a look at the process it takes to install an Underground Downspout. Nova Basement Systems went underneath this customer's sidewalk with drain tile.   

We added Drain Tile and CleanSpace to this damp Valparaiso crawlspace.  

The cove joint in this Valparaiso, Indiana home would allow seepage to come in.  We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture that water. 

We installed a vapor barrier of CleanSpace along the walls, pilasters, and floor of this Valparaiso, Indiana crawlspace.

This crawlspace would get heavy flooding so we installed a perimeter of Drain Tile that lead to a SuperSump, to get ejected away from the home.
