This Hobart, Indiana customer called us out to look at his crawlspace that was wet, and moldy.  After examination, Niles Goodman found the best solution for this crawlspace would be to install Drain Tile along the perimeter of the crawlspace, and to place a vapor barrier on the floors and walls.   

We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard in this customer's basement, to capture water entering at the cove joint.  

DryTrak is designed to control perimeter water from the cove joint and redirect that water to a sump pit. We grind, prep, and clean the designated area for the installation. We layout the system and permanently epoxy DryTrak to the floor.

This customer called in with a failing existing system, done by another company.  Water was finding a way into his storage area and he needed it remedied before it ruined his belongings.  We installed a complete full perimeter of Flangeless WateGuard.  

This great couple wanted to take the right measures to keep their home healthy.  They had noticed and earthy-musty smell and called us in for some advice on what steps they should take next. This giant crawlspace was completed in just two days!!
