This customer in Sawyer, came to us because his finished basement was becoming a pool. Water had started seeping through floor cracks from a lateral drain, that were covered by his beautiful carpet. If water seeps into the padding of carpet, mixed with a little humidity, it becomes the perfect mold breeding ground. This customer wanted his basement completely dry, so we were hired to help.
We pulled back his carpet, and filled the lateral drain blemishes, and installed a WaterGuard system accompanied by a Sanidry Dehumidifier. The customer was so happy that he could have the finished space back that he loved to spend time in.
