Challenge

Water became an issue in a church rectory that had no sump pump. They called us in to figure out the best solution.

Solution

It was clear that a Waterguard System, and our SuperSump would be the right fix for this property. We also installed some underground downspouts, and a trench drain, that wash water further away from the property. If any water were to enter again, it would be directed to the sump, and out of the property.

We noticed water was being directed towards this door, and seeping underneath it.

We installed a trench drain to catch any water that may run to the door.
