My only issue is the price of everything. I could have saved myself a lot of money knowing I could have spent $1200 instead of $2000 on a Aprilaire unit! Nova just made $800 plugging in this unit! This is just one example. So how is Nova helping people when they putting people like myself into debt. I spent everything I had 4 years fixing my entire west wall due to moisture issues so saving me some money would have been nice. How much does Nova pay for these units? I know it's not full price I would pay so Nova actually made almost $1000 for plugging in this aprilaire unit. Then, Enerbank, is charging me 10% interest! Are you kidding me? How much is Nova getting for this? Many people don't know but I know that is stupid, crazy, ridiculous! Just got a loan for under 6.5%. See. Nova is nickel and diming its customers for everything we own. Am I going to get some of that money back? Nope. I don't think Nova really cares because they already have my money
