I AM VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE. THE SALESMAN DID NOT TRY AND SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED NOR WANT.
THE INSTALLATION PERSON WAS GREAT. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING SO I FELT COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE JOB. HE MADE A COMMENT SEVERAL TIMES IF ANY PROBLEMS, TO CONTACT COMPANY SO THEY CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT MAKES ME FEEL THAT YOU CARE ABOUT THE JOB YOU DO.
